Miscellaneous vitamins

Vitamins are important substances, but can not be made in the body. Vitamin just obtained in the diet. vitamins useful as regulators and maintaining endurance. vitamin there several kinds, including vitamins A, B, C, and vitamin D.
 


  • Vitamin A, is useful to maintain eye health. Lack of vitamin A cause night blindness disease. Vitamin A found in carrots, papaya and tomatoes.
  • Vitamin B, is useful to prevent the disease beriberi and edema hungry. Vitamin B contained in the rice and vegetables.
  • Vitamin C, is useful to prevent canker sores, gum bleeding and intestinal bleeding. Vitamin C is widely available in oranges, tomatoes and fruits that taste sour.
  • Vitamin D, also called anti rickets. Lack of vitamin D cause disease rickets, which bones become brittle. food that contain vitamin D include butter, fish oil and egg yolk. Morning sunlight also helps the formation of vitamin D
