How to process so that the nutritional value of foodstuffs not damaged.

The food we eat should be cooked. But there are eaten raw as a salad. Processing one can destroy substances contained therein.  Here is how to cultivate so that the nutritional value of foodstuffs  not damaged. 



  • In order for nutrient content material not too much missing, then wash before cut into cut. Example: carrots, beans, vegetables, and etc.
  • Pay attention to the length of boiling water. Cooking ingredients too long can destroy the nutrients contained therein.
  • Raw foods reheated many times will result in nutritional value contained in it broken.
